Lake Minnewanka rests in the Rockies minutes away from Banff, Canada. It is a beautiful place where during the winter months this giant lake freezes over enough to walk on. The 2014/2015 winter weather was so up and down that the ice shifted drastically. Walking out there was super spooky, I could hear the ice cracking moving under my feet. Due to this shifting the ice had amazing cracks which formed great leading lines.
